SRT 1460 is an effective sirTUin-1 (SIRT1) agonist with an EC1.5 value of 2.9 μM. Compared with SIRT2 and SIRT3 (EC1.5>300 μM), SRT 1460 showed good selectivity to SIRT1, and was more effective than resveratrol and similar sirtuin homologous.
