SID 26681509 is a potent, reversible, competitive and selective inhibitor of human Cathepsin L (CATHEpsin L) with an IC50 of 56 nM. SID 2668150 inhibited the propagation of Plasmodium falciparum and Leishmania major with IC50 of 15.4 μM and 12.5 μM, respectively. SID 26681509 has no inhibitory activity against cathepsin G.
