LEI110 (LEI-110) is a potent phospholipase A2 XVI (PLA2G16) inhibitor with Ki of 20 nM and also active against HRASLS2, RARRES3 and iNAT (pIC50=6.8-7.6). It can reduce the level of arachidonic acid and oleic acid-induced lipolysis in cells. Human HepG2 cells; LEI110 is a selective ubiquitination inhibitor of the HRASLS family of sulfhydryl hydrolases (namely PLA2G16, HRASLS2, RARRES3 and iNAT).
